Beginning with universities such as Wake Forest and North Carolina State, Bernhardt has expanded and concentrated on producing custom watches for military and law enforcement agencies including: The National Sheriffs' Association, The FBI Academy, Broward County Florida Sheriff, Richmond City Police Department and various Marine units that deployed in Iraq.
